Challenge

Using the output of James's Masters Thesis, InforMe plan was to engage more parties with the learning process to enable learners to get immediate feedback. Allowing people to intervene before it is too late in the process and guide the learner back on track for success.

Solution

A ground up build, Philo Software designed and built InforMe to be a super simple tool for learners and their leaders to engage with and provide feedback. This immediate feedback allows learners to see where they are and what they can do to improve.

Leveraging a multi site, microservices architecture InforMe is ready for scale. Taking in thousands of data points around learners ongoing performance, and aggregating into simple to understand charts. Course leaders can see how their learners are doing on average, then drilling down into individual learners to target the people struggling to intervene and improve outcomes.

Outcome

InforMe has continued to see growth and adapt the ever changing needs of the market. Pivoting to provide complete learner tracking for Livingstone Builders. The ability to provide learning pathways for staff while also measuring in real time their achievement, has given Livingstone a competitive edge in how they train their staff. Putting staff on performance plans based on their goals has made the business and the staff accountable for everyone's achievement and has assisted in identifying quiet high achievers who are invaluable to success.
